After completion one can join any multinational corporate or a consulting firm, be a part of legal cells of private and public sector companies, global audit and corporate firms and many more. Earlier, students could opt for specialization in either civil or criminal laws. Though, this concept has totally changed and now students can opt to specialize from a variety of options offered like patent laws, corporate laws, etc. A degree in law not only allows you practice as a lawyer in the courts but also opens up varied career options in areas like administrative services ,corporate management and legal services.

Gone are the days when black law suits, long robes and shabby courtrooms were the bread and butter of lawyers. From posh corporate offices to jobs in commercial cinema and the media, lawyers have moved many moons away from the conservative and now live very much in the practical and real world. It is now a profession where one person can make difference to the society.
